We will also prepare detail drawings, schedules and specification of materials for Building Control application.
In most cases, other consultants will also need to be appointed in order for the project to be completed smoothly. Some consultants may need to be appointed in the early stages of the sketch design in order to advise on the structural or cost implications of the proposals.
We often work with consultants who are experienced and whom we have successfully worked with before.

Tender Process

It is recommend that projects are tendered. We can prepare the written specifications and schedule of works necessary to allow contractors to provide a more accurate price for the building works. Tenders will be invited from a handful of contractors and assessed to allow you to choose the right one.

Contract administration

If you need us to coordinate the construction of your project, we can administer the terms of a contract between you and the builder. As the architect, we will make regular site visits, inspect the works, answering any queries the builder might have and report on progress.
