We offer Full Architectural Service for all our projects, covering all stages from initial feasibility through to project completion.

However, we understand that you may need only a part service for your project and we would be happy to sit down with you and help establish which services are required for your project. The services we offer progress through work stages based on RIBA Plan of Work.

Design & Planning

Planning

Planning is one of the first stages your project will go through. We prepare and submit all drawings, documents and reports required for a planning application. Some of the planning services we provide are for:

Design

Design is a large part of the planning stage of every project but it is not something that stops once planning approval has been granted. Often the design from the initial stages will have to change and evolve as the project progresses into the detailed design stages and construction.

 

Construction & Project Management

BUILDING REGULATIONS

We will also prepare detail drawings, schedules and specification of materials for Building Control application.

In most cases, other consultants will also need to be appointed in order for the project to be completed. Some consultants may need to be appointed in the early stages of the project in order to advise and prepare information which we will then incorporate within the architectural design. We often work with preferred consultants who are experienced and whom we have successfully worked with before.

Tender

It is recommend that projects are tendered. If you choose our Full Service, this will include us preparing the Tender Package for the project and helping select the most suitable contractor for the build. Where applicable we will also prepare written specifications and schedule of works to allow contractors to provide a more accurate price for the building works. Tenders will be invited from a handful of contractors and assessed to allow you to choose the right one.

Project Management

Our Full Architectural Service also includes Project Managements which is highly recommended if you haven’t managed other construction projects before and if long periods of time away from works is something you can’t afford. We will co-ordinate most aspects of your project, administer the terms of a contract between you and the builder and help the project to stay on track and budget. The Architect will also make regular site visits, report on the progress of works & program, work and deal with queries or issues the contractor has. Our Full Architectural Service also includes for amendments to the design  & drawings deriving from complications and issues arising on site.

Interior Design

If you are looking to create a beautiful, stylish and balanced home, we would be happy to meet you at your property and discuss your ideas, style and budget.

We will then prepare a concept design, plans and interior specifications including colors/textures/furniture/light fixtures as well as interior views to help you visualize the space.
