Lyme Grove Hackney

New build housing development providing 29 units for intermediate sale and 9 affordable homes for the London and Shoreditch Housing Association. The project has been in and out of plaaning. Comprising a tall 8 storey oval-shaped block linked to a 3 storey row of terraced houses, Sidney had a big involvement in the development of the design concept. The 3/4 bedroom houses fit within the surrounding context using a palette of red brick, zinc cladding and composite aluminium windows. Renewables options included biomass and PVs.
